Dr. Christian Casal was a director at McKinsey & Company and led the Swiss offices until 2016. He was also a member of McKinsey’s global Shareholders’ Council, the company’s worldwide board. He started at McKinsey in Zurich in October 1988 and spent a year in 1993 at the Greater China Office in Hong Kong. Since 2017, he has been an independent investor and entrepreneur, as well as a board member of various medium-sized companies and startups.
