On Wednesday, 21 October 2026, at 4:30 PM, Homburger welcomes students to the Prime Tower in Zurich for an evening that starts with a thematic introduction by the team, followed by presentations that give a realistic picture of the work in the Capital Markets/Banking and Finance team. The lawyers will also share stories and experiences from their daily practice and present the possible career paths at Homburger. The evening ends with an apéro, so you can meet the team in person. Places are limited, and interested students are invited to apply with their CV.

We will walk you through what the club does, how the semester is structured, and which events and formats are coming up. The session is based on a short presentation and there is time for questions at the end, which makes it a good opportunity to see whether HFC is a fit for you. You will receive the link for the call by email on the day before the event. No prior knowledge of hedge funds is required, so anyone interested in markets and investing is welcome to join.

Dr. Christian Casal was a director at McKinsey & Company and led the Swiss offices until 2016. He was also a member of McKinsey’s global Shareholders’ Council, the company’s worldwide board. He started at McKinsey in Zurich in October 1988 and spent a year in 1993 at the Greater China Office in Hong Kong. Since 2017, he has been an independent investor and entrepreneur, as well as a board member of various medium-sized companies and startups.
